About the Rolfer
Hello! My name is Hannah Karis, and I am a Certified Rolferā¢ servicing the Western Michigan area. I have an Associate of Applied Sciences and worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for six years. When I learned what Rolfing Structural Integration was, I knew that I had to pursue it as a career.

Prior to starting my education at the Doctor Ida Rolf Institue, I received my first Basic 10 series and fell in love with the technique even more. After my Basic 10 series I was able to stop wearing my shoe lift and had long lasting relief from my chronic neck and back pain. I also gained a greater internal awareness and my body is functioning more efficiently.

I recently graduated from the Doctor Ida Rolf Institute in June 2021, and I am beyond excited to share this life changing experience with you all!

Fun Facts: I love to hike and camp with my husband and dog, play with my cat, enjoy live music, and spend quality time with my family and friends!
